Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Wallspace wants you to be absolutely happy with your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund less delivery charges. 

At Wallspace every item is checked before dispatch and we package each item with care.  However should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of the item (less delivery charges) upon receipt and authentication of fault.  Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

We understand that from time to time you may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour and in these circumstances we’d encourage you to contact us to arrange an exchange.  Please note that delivery charges will apply to exchanges and all requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

All items for refund or exchange must be unused, with labels attached and returned in original packaging.

Discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.  Products that are made to order are not eligible for exchanges or refunds unless the product is deemed faulty.
